1 — Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Yeti.Fi service — including our website, member portal, courses, or Discord community — you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2 — What Yeti.Fi Is

Yeti.Fi Pte. Ltd. is a financial therapy practice and consultancy, not a licensed financial advisory firm. Nothing on this platform — not a session, not a post, not a course module — constitutes personal financial advice, a guarantee of results, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

What we do: we help you understand your relationship with money. What you do with that understanding is entirely your decision.

3 — Our Services

Depending on your camp, your membership may include:

• Access to the member portal and its tools.
• Self-paced course materials.
• Discord community access.
• Live sessions and session replays.
• 1-on-1 consultancy (Phoenix and Unicorn camps only).

Service availability may change. We'll give you reasonable notice of any significant changes.

4 — Payments & Subscriptions

• Memberships are billed on a recurring cycle (monthly or annual, depending on your plan).
• Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your card details.

5 — Refund Policy

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. There is no automatic refund window. If you have a billing concern, contact us at yetifinet@gmail.com. All decisions are at our sole discretion.

We're not unreasonable people. If there's a genuine issue, talk to us.

6 — Educational Disclaimer

Yeti.Fi Pte. Ltd. is a financial therapy practice and consultancy. We are not currently licensed financial professionals. All content — written, spoken, or visual — produced by Yeti.Fi is for educational, entertainment and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Investing and trading involve risk. You can lose money. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We make no guarantees of profit or specific outcomes.

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Before making any investment decision, do your own research and consider speaking with a licensed financial professional. Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.

By using Yeti.Fi's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer in full.

7 — User Conduct

By joining the Yeti.Fi community (including our Discord), you agree to:

1. Treat others with respect. Harassment, personal attacks, or discriminatory language will result in immediate removal.
2. Not spam, troll, or disrupt the community.
3. Take responsibility for your own financial decisions. Don't follow anything blindly — including what you hear from us.
4. Not self-promote, sell products, or solicit other members without explicit permission from Yeti.Fi staff. Even the slightest violation of this rule will result in an instant ban.
5. Not ask others for money or to manage funds on your behalf.
6. Not post NSFW content.
7. Understand that by posting in our community spaces, you grant Yeti.Fi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and share that content in connection with operating our services.

Violations may result in immediate membership termination without refund.

8 — Intellectual Property

All content produced by Yeti.Fi — including course materials, frameworks, tools, and written content — is owned by Yeti.Fi Pte. Ltd. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any Yeti.Fi content without written permission.

9 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yeti.Fi Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any financial losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or your reliance on any content we produce. Your use of this service is at your own risk.

10 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

11 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved under Singapore jurisdiction.
